Terry Sweitzer
Terry grew up in rural Northwestern Illinois. After growing up working on his uncle's dairy farm, he attended the University of WI-Platteville to study Agricultural Business. He has been in the commodity business since 1998 and became a licensed broker in 1998. He worked with and learned from various marketing and hedging companies and has been part of GrainTracker Marketing since 2010. He has experience with the cash grain markets and is a crop insurance agent.
After 14 years of working with and learning from various marketing and hedging companies, the idea for Integrity Ag was born. By blending the marketing philosophies of those companies with his own and adding knowledge gained from the physical grain and crop insurance industries, he utilizes his unique approach to the markets in assisting business-minded producers in protecting and improving their bottom lines.
When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, taking a ride on his Harley, and gardening; he is thankful to have been able to purchase the house next to where he was raised. Furthermore, he is pleased that he and his brother can own and work their uncle's farm where they grew up. On it, they raise some specialty crops and a small beef herd.
